1.      Overview of All About Her

1.1.     All About Her is a community of health Professionals from a wide range of health-related disciplines dedicated to supporting one another and the menopausal women they provide health services to.

1.2.     All About her provides its Professional Members a community within which they can foster Professional relationships, learn, and grow their knowledge and skill in the area of menopause, and claim ownership of all that they have to offer each other and their clients as health practitioners.

1.3.     All About Her provides its Professional Members with opportunities for education and training, coaching, branding, and marketing, and referrals, as it relates to the menopausal transition, to support them in their Professional identities and working lives.

1.4.     All About Her provides health-related information, resources, and services to the broader community to assist them understand, address, and manage the myriad of ways the menopausal transition impacts upon their health, wellbeing and personal lives.

1.5.     All About Her assists individuals experiencing the impacts of the menopausal transition to find an appropriately qualified and menopause-informed health Professional to help them address the difficulties they are facing.

2.      Nature of the Service

2.1.     An Annual Platinum Professional Membership available to Health Professionals, which comprises the following:

2.1.1.        For one year from the date of commencement:

2.1.1.1.        Marketing and branding for you/your business on the All About Her website, social media accounts, and newsletters;

2.1.1.2.        10 “Professional Development” webinars - 1 each month from Feb 2024 to Nov 2024 (inclusive). The sessions are a 45-60 minute discussion with questions and answers as part of the webinar.

2.1.1.3.        10 “Cuppa Catch Up” sessions  - 1 each month from Feb 2024 to Nov 2024 (inclusive). The sessions are a 45-60 minute de-identified case discussion, sharing of recent research, as well as business coaching and mentoring. 

2.1.1.4.        1 interview, within 12 months of your membership, for the All About Her Podcast (this is a voluntary option, should you wish to be interviewed for the Podcast).

2.1.1.5.        Membership to the All About Her – Professionals - Private Facebook Group.

2.1.1.6. For one year from the date of commencement as a Platinum Professional Member, All About Her will refer clients to you. With each referral forwarded to your preferred email address, All About Her will invoice you a Marketing and Administration Fee. This fee is commensurate with your specific 1st session fee (plus GST) OR for those who provide services in a package, 10% of the package fee (plus GST).

2.2 An Annual Gold Professional Membership available to Health Professionals, which comprises the following:

2.2.1.        For one year from the date of commencement:

2.2.1.1.        Marketing and branding for you/your business on the All About Her website, social media accounts, and newsletters;

2.2.1.2.        5“Cuppa Catch Up” sessions  - 1 each month from Feb 2024 to Nov 2024 (inclusive). The sessions are a 45-60 minute de-identified case discussion, sharing of recent research, as well as business coaching and mentoring. 

2.2.1.3.        1 interview, within 12 months of your membership, for the All About Her Podcast (this is a voluntary option, should you wish to be interviewed for the Podcast).

2.2.1.4.        Membership to the All About Her – Professionals - Private Facebook Group.

2.2.1.5. For one year from the date of commencement as a Gold Professional Member, All About Her will refer clients to you. With each referral forwarded to your preferred email address, All About Her will invoice you a Marketing and Administration Fee. This fee is commensurate with your specific 1st session fee (plus GST) OR for those who provide services in a package, 10% of the package fee (plus GST).

2.2.3.        Gold Professional Members are able to purchase individual professional development sessions at their discretion. They will be able to attend live and access the recording for 2-weeks after the live webinar. Prices will vary but will be made available on request. 

3.      What is not Included in the Service

3.1.     All About Her’s Professional Membership does not include psychological treatment services to its Professional Members as part of the Professional Membership Program.

3.2.     By becoming a Professional Member, you are acknowledging that you are not receiving a psychology service.  

3.3.     If in the course of participating in the All About Her Professional Membership, issues arise which in our opinion are beyond the scope of the service, a participant may be advised to seek direction, supervision, and/or support, from an appropriate professional.  

3.4.     We may at any time and in our sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in the All About Her service if we consider it appropriate to do so, including if we in our sole discretion determine that your involvement may be detrimental to All About Her.

3.5.     In the event of termination of a Professional Member’s registration in the All About Her service on this basis, a partial refund of the participant’s registration fees may be provided, depending on the length of time the person has been a Professional Member for, and the reasons for the termination. This decision is at the Founder’s sole discretion.

4.      Your Obligations

4.1.         As a Professional Member, you must inform All About Her:

4.1.1.            If you are registered with a registration body:

4.1.1.1. You cease to be registered with the registration body for any reason; and/or

4.1.1.2. Your registration type changes (for example, your registration shifts from general registration to non-practising registration); and/or

4.1.1.3. Your registration is suspended; and/or

4.1.1.4. You are charged with a criminal offence punishable by a term of imprisonment; and/or

4.1.1.5. Your registration body places conditions or restrictions on your registration;

4.1.2.            If you are a Member with a Professional Body associated with your profession:

4.1.2.1. You cease to be a Member with the Professional body for any reason; and/or

4.1.2.2. Your Membership type changes (for example, your registration shifts from general registration to non-practising registration); and/or

4.1.2.3. Your Membership is suspended; and/or

4.1.2.4. You are charged with a criminal offence punishable by a term of imprisonment; and/or

4.1.2.5. Your Membership body places conditions or restrictions on your registration;

4.2.     Non-compliance with this term of the agreement is grounds for immediate termination of the Professional Membership.

5.      Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

5.1.     As part of your participation in the All About Her service, All About Her needs to collect and record information from you.

5.2.     We enclose a copy of our Privacy Policy, which we request you read and acknowledge your understanding of, prior to signing this document. Privacy Policy

6.      Technology Requirements

6.1.     All About Her is provided online through our website portal and by videoconferencing. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed so you can access online content and participate in video conferencing workshops.

6.2.     To access All About Her content, you will need access to a computer with videoconferencing capabilities.

6.3.     We note that the privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used, and we do not take any responsibility for any breach of privacy that may result due to a third party’s unlawful infiltration of a network or computer.

7.      Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property

7.1.     The All About Her service and all content provided within, is the intellectual property of Kirstin Bouse.

7.2.     The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document from any part of the All About Her service is expressly prohibited except where Kirstin Bouse gives consent for such reproduction or similar use.

8.      Fees

8.1.     The fee for the Platinum Professional Membership is an annual fee of $2,000 plus GST, paid up-front prior to admission to the Professional Membership Program.  

8.2.     The fee for the Gold Professional Membership is an annual fee of $1000 plus GST, paid up-front prior to admission to the Professional Membership Program.

9.      Cancellation & Refund Policy

9.1.     All About Her will grant a refund of the registration fee paid by any participant, within 72 hours prior to the commencement date of the All About Her service

9.2.     After the commencement of the service, a full or partial refund of the registration fee will be granted at our sole discretion, and ordinarily only in circumstances where a participant’s registration is terminated by All About Her in accordance with the terms of Part44 or where we otherwise, in our sole discretion, consider it reasonable to do so.

10.   Consent to participation in the All About Her Service

10.1.   I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about All About Her.

10.2.   I confirm that I acknowledge the following:

10.2.1. All About Her is a Professional Membership Program that provides its members with education and training, coaching, branding, marketing, and referrals, as it relates to the menopausal transition.

10.2.2. All About Her provides health-related information, resources, and services to the broader community to assist them understand, address, and manage, the myriad of ways the menopausal transition impacts upon their health, wellbeing and personal lives.

10.2.3. All About Her assists individuals experiencing the impacts of the menopausal transition to find an appropriately qualified and menopause-informed health Professional to help them address the difficulties they are facing.

10.2.4. Although the Founder, Kirstin Bouse, is a registered clinical psychologist, the All About Her Professional Membership does not include the provision of any psychological treatment services to its Professional Members.

10.2.5. I have read and understood the All About Her Privacy Policy; and

10.2.6. I will inform All About Her if I cease to hold registration with a registration body or membership with a Professional body.
