1. Overview of All About Her Coaching Program

1.1. All About Her Coaching Program is a 10 week group online Coaching Program aimed at women who are experiencing perimenopause (including medically or surgically induced menopause) or who are postmenopausal but are still experiencing the challenge of perimenopause. 

1.2. All About Her Coaching Program was designed to provide high quality, evidence-based content to perimenopausal women. 

2. Structure of All About Her Coaching Program

2.1. All About Her Coaching Program includes:

2.1.1. 10 weeks of coaching, learning and support held online on Zoom. These calls will alternate between a 1 hour session and a 1.5 hour session each week, with replays if you can’t join us live.

2.1.2. 2 ‘integration’ weeks at different points in the program where there are NO live sessions, so you can catch up on work you’ve missed.

2.1.3. ‘Hot seat’ coaching where you can apply to get 1:1 on-the-spot support on the group calls.

2.1.4. Access to a private Facebook community for support.

2.1.5. Optional: 1:1 coaching upgrade for personalised and private support from Kirstin Bouse, includes 3 x 1.5 hour 1:1 coaching sessions.

3. Relationship with All About Her Centre 

3.1. All About Her Coaching is operated by Kirstin Bouse. Kirstin Bouse is a registered clinical psychologist. 

3.2. While Kirstin Bouse is a registered clinical psychologist, the All About Her Coaching Program is not a psychology service. 

3.3. By consenting to participate in the All About Her Centre Program, participants acknowledge that they are participating in a coaching program and are not receiving psychological services from Kirstin Bouse. 

3.4. To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, clients of Kirstin Bouse cannot be accepted as participants in the All About Her Centre Program within at least a 2-year time period of cessation of psychological services provided by Kirstin Bouse.Similarly, participants in the All About Her Coaching Program cannot be accepted as clients of Kirstin Bouse within a minimum of 6-months of completion of the All About Her Coaching Program. 

3.5. Any requests for cross-referral or registration between former clients of Kirstin Bouse and All About Her Coaching Program will be assessed on a case by case basis, and will only be accepted at Kirstin Bouse’s discretion, depending on the individual circumstances. 

3.6. If in the course of participating in the All About Her Coaching Program, issues arise which in Kirstin Bouse’s professional opinion are beyond the scope of the coaching relationship, a participant may be advised to see their GP and obtain a referral to consult with an appropriate clinician.  

3.7. Kirstin Bouse may at any time and in her sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in the All About Her Coaching Program if she considers it appropriate to do so. In the event of termination of a participant’s registration in the All About Her Coaching Program on this basis, a partial refund of the participant’s registration fees may be provided.  

4. Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

4.1. As part of your participation in the All About Her Coaching Program, All About Her Centre needs to collect and record information from you.

4.2. On your registration, we will email you with a copy of the following documents which we request you read, complete and acknowledge your understanding of by signing and emailing to hello@allabouthercentre.com.au prior to the commencement of the Coaching Program. On receipt of your completed documents, you will then receive confirmation of the dates and times of the online sessions and the link to attend.

4.2.3. Participant Information Sheet which we request you read and acknowledge your understanding of, prior to beginning the All About Her Coaching Program.

5. Technology Requirements 

5.1. All About Her Coaching Program is provided online by video conferencing  over Zoom. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed so you can access online content and participate in video conferencing workshops. 

5.2. To access All About Her Coaching Program’s content, you will need access to a computer connected to the internet, speakers, Zoom, a webcam and microphone (in built into your computer is sufficient) and a private room or quiet space. 

5.3. The privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.

6. Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property 

6.1. All About Her - The Centre for Menopause’s website, its All About Her Coaching Program and all content provided within, is the intellectual property of All About Her - The Centre for Menopause.

6.2. The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document from All About Her - The Centre for Menopause’s’s Website or the All About Her Coaching Program is prohibited.  

7. Fees

7.1. The fees for the Standard Option are as follows:

7.1.1. $1297 AUD (GST inclusive) paid in full, or;

7.1.2. 10 weekly instalments of $150 AUD (GST inclusive)

7.2. The fees for the VIP Option are as follows:

7.2.1. $2297 AUD (GST inclusive) paid in full, or;

7.2.2. 10 weekly instalments of $260 AUD (GST inclusive)

7.3. The exception to these fees is if you have a discount code which provides a 10% discount on fees for those who opt to pay in full either the Standard Option and VIP Option Fees (paid in full).

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8.1. A cooling off period of 72 hours enables registrants to receive a refund of the registration fee for the All About Her Coaching Program within  72 hours after registering and making payment. 

8.2. After the commencement of the course, full or partial refund of the registration fee will be granted at the discretion of All About Her Centre, and ordinarily only in circumstances where a participant’s registration is terminated by All About Her - The Centre for Menopause in accordance with the terms of Part 3. 

8.3. Pre-booked 1:1 private coaching sessions as part of the VIP Option may be cancelled by the participant up to 72 hours prior to the session time without penalty, but must be re-booked before the end of the 12 week All About Her Coaching Program. No refund will be offered in respect of expired or unused 1:1 coaching sessions. 

9. Consent to participation in the All About Her Coaching Program 

9.1. I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about All About Her Coaching Program and I acknowledge the following:

9.2. All About Her Coaching Program is a coaching service. Although the All About Her Coaching Program Kirstin Bouse is a registered psychologist, this is not a psychological service and I will not be receiving psychological services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in the All About Her Coaching Program; 

9.3. I am not an existing client of Kirstin Bouse and I have not previously accessed psychological services provided by Kirstin Bouse; 

9.4. As a result of my participation in the All About Her Coaching Program, I am precluded from accessing psychological services provided by Kirstin Bouse for a minimum period of 6 months from the completion of the All About Her Coaching Program; 

9.5. I have read and understood the All About Her Centre Privacy Policy.
